Free Printable Masquerade or Mardi Gras Invitations

Click on the free masquerade invitations template to see it at its full 5" x 7" (A7) size and download it.

There's nothing subtle about this masquerade invitation -- but then again, masquerade or Mardi Gras parties aren't known for their subtlety either. It features a colorful masquerade mask in green, black and magenta on a background of magenta swirls in a back field. It's classy while also being fun and just a little wild, making it perfect for masquerade parties or balls, or Mardi Gras parties.

To learn how to use this invitation template, visit my anniversary invitations hub (that page has nothing to do with masquerade parties, but the invitations are the same size, so the instructions apply to this template) or click the button below.

Free Printable 2nd Birthday Invitations Template

Click on the free printable 2nd birthday invitation template to see it full size and download it.

This free printable second birthday party invitation has a cheerful, smiling snail and a striped bumble bee, ready to wish your little one a happy second birthday. To make it extra fun, the background has large pale green polka dots on a green background and a giant number "2," so everyone will know which birthday is being celebrated. Because the colors are gender-neutral, this invite can be used for boys or girls.

This A2 (4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″) invitation template is a variation of several 1st birthday invitations I designed, which can be seen by clicking the link in this sentence or the button below. You'll also find instructions for printing and embellishing the invitations.

Free Printable 1950s Party Invitations

Click on the free printable 1950s party invitation template to see it full size and download it.

This free printable 1950s party invitation is perfect for those who were there when people were dancing to Bill Haley's Rock Around the Clock -- and for those who just wish they had been there. As an homage to the '50s, this 5" x 7" horizontal invitation template features a "Rock Around the Clock" LP record, a jukebox resplendent with colorful neon and chrome, and the checkerboard and diamond patterns so associated with the fifties.

Because there's no particular usage indicated on the invitation art, it's perfect for virtually any kind of occasion: anniversaries, birthdays, retirement parties, and of course, high school or college reunions. To learn how to use this size invitation art, visit my beach party invitations hub or click the yellow button below.

Free Printable Winter Party Invitations Template

Click on the free printable snowman winter invitation template to see it full size and download it.

This free winter party invitation features a very joyful snowman, celebrating the arrival of winter. I chose him for this square-format invitation design because he expresses pretty much the way I feel about the impending winter season. After living in the South Florida heat for many years, I finally fulfilled my dream this year and moved to Georgia, where they have actual seasons. So instead of wearing shorts and a tank top to Christmas dinner, I'll be wrapped in winterwear and loving it.

Speaking of winterwear, this snowman is quite well prepared for the snow that is his lifeblood. He has a vest and a nice warm wool scarf, in soothing shades of magenta and purple-blue to match the rest of the invitation design. His non-denominational color scheme means you can use this as a generic holiday party invitation, too, and not leave anyone out.

If this snowman winter or holiday invitation template doesn't happen to be your cup of tea, I have plenty of other free winter invitations. There is also a link to instructions for making these square invitations on that page. Just click the link in the previous sentence or the button below:

Free Printable Thanksgiving Invitation Template

Click on the free printable Thanksgiving invitation template to see it full size and download it.

There's nothing subtle about this free Thanksgiving party invitation that boldly portrays the feeling of autumn. It has flowers, berries and leaves in all the colors we usually associate with fall: orange, crimson, green, brown, gold and maroon. It also has a subtle lace pattern in the background, which balances the more natural aspects conveyed by the leaves and flowers. It has an overall warmth that will make your guests feel welcome.

If this invitation design isn't exactly what you're looking for, you might like one of these that were previously posted instead: fall leaves thanksgiving invitation or sunflowers Thanksgiving invitation.

A lot of images went into making this design. Free Printable Cocktail Reception Invitations

Click on the free printable cocktail reception invitation template to see it full size. Download it by control-clicking (Mac) or right-clicking (PC).

This cocktail reception invitation is a little bit retro and a little bit this century. The cute cartoon woman who's drinking a martini is wearing a classic little black dress and pearls, which are just as hip today as they were in the 1950s. (Although this invitation features an admittedly very modern take on that classic outfit that literally spans centuries). The Fabulous 50s font by Pelle Piano used on the "Cocktail Party" heading purposely has a mid-century vibe to it, and the stripes, star doodads and asymmetrical background also lend a 50s feeling. I think all the elements work together to create a fun and (I hope) useful cocktail party invitation.

The illustration for this design was drawn by Kendall Scoboria of ARS Grafik. Thanks to her and to All-Free-Download.com, which provided the download.

Free Printable Pool Party Invites

Click on the free printable pool party invite template to see it full size. Download it by control-clicking (Mac) or right-clicking (PC).

Summer will be here before we know it. If you have a pool, chances are you'll have at least one pool party during the season. And if you have kids, there may be a lot more than that! The bright colors and cute smiling sun and stylized water in this design make it interesting enough to use for kids pool party invitations but it's also appropriate if you're just inviting adults. It has some of my favorite colors -- yellow, orange, teal and magenta -- which to me to say "summer."

If this design doesn't quite suit your needs, you might be interested in my BBQ party invitations or my tropical invitations instead. Free Printable Fathers Day Party Invitations

Click on the free printable Fathers Day invitation template to see it full size. Download it by right-clicking (PC) or control-clicking (Mac).

I'm rather partial to this Father's Day party invitation template, because it was so much fun to make. It's kind of funky/shabby chic, yet it has some nice colors that I think are appealing. I love the montage of leaves, string, buttons and tags that all work together to pay homage to Dad. You really have to see this one full size to appreciate all the detail.

I pulled the images in this invitation design from some of my favorite artists: Marisa Lerin of PixelScrapper.com, Cajoline of Cajoline-Scrap.Blogspot.com, Jamie Dell of JamieDellScraps.Blogspot.com, Granny of GrannyArt.Blogspot.com and Gundhilde Storeide. thanks to all of them for their contributions.
